In-service training has been provided to the secretaries of our university's faculty, vocational school, and higher education institutions, and to the relevant personnel regarding the topics and processes specified below.

 1-    Information has been provided regarding the Regulation on Determining and Using the Teaching Staff Norm Positions in State Higher Education Institutions, and the processes related to the determination of the 2022 norm positions have been explained, along with information on how to make proposals. It has been explained with examples which of the position request forms created by YÖK should be filled in what way according to the position norm status when making proposals.

2-      When making appointment proposals for teaching staff (Doctor Lecturer, Lecturer, Research Assistant), information has been provided through examples regarding the procedures that must be followed according to the relevant regulations and the preparation of files.

3-      Information has been provided regarding the appointment processes of foreign contracted teaching staff, the processes for extending their term of office, and how to carry out work permit procedures through SGK.

4-      Regarding the extension of the terms of office of teaching staff (Doctor Lecturer, Lecturer, Research Assistant “33,50/d”), the work and processes to be carried out according to the relevant regulations have been explained, especially regarding the application forms created according to the provisions of the Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Teaching Staff Application Conditions and Implementation Principles Regulation and the filling of forms based on academic scoring.

5-      Information has been provided through examples regarding the processes of preliminary evaluation and entrance exams during the announcement process of Lecturer and Research Assistant positions and how the announcement stages will be carried out.

6-      During the year, the procedures to be followed regarding the use of teaching staff positions in accordance with the Norm Position Regulation have been explained with relevant regulations and forms along with examples.
