THE PROCESS OF APPOINTMENT OF DOCTOR FACULTY MEMBERS, INSTRUCTORS, AND RESEARCH ASSISTANTS CARRIED OUT BY ACADEMIC UNITS AND NETIKET WEB PERSONAL RECORD PROGRAM TRAINING
Date | 25 February 2025, Tuesday
Our university's personnel management has started to use the web-based NETIKET program, which can exchange data simultaneously with platforms such as HİTAP, MERNİS, and YÖKSİS, for the purpose of tracking personnel's employment, promotion, leave, and other personal transactions.
In the first phase, the integration of NETIKET with the programs used by other units of your university, which previously shared data with personnel personal programs, was achieved. As a result of the completion of the integration process, all programs used by other units of our university that require personnel information have started to receive this information from a single source (NETIKET). Thus, the transaction processes have been simplified, and the data control mechanism has been strengthened.
In this context, the program that previously tracked the personal transactions of personnel working in their units by administrative and academic unit officials has also been deactivated. Unit officials have been defined as users in NETIKET, and a training plan regarding the use of the program has been prepared.
The appointment processes for the positions of doctor faculty members, instructors, and research assistants carried out by academic units (application acceptance, preliminary review, formation of scientific jury) have been planned to be conducted in accordance with the legislation, and a training plan has been prepared where academic unit officials will be invited.
The training program is below.
