A TRAINING WAS HELD REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT PROCESS OF DOCTOR FACULTY MEMBERS, INSTRUCTORS, AND RESEARCH ASSISTANTS ORGANIZED BY OUR PRESIDENCY

The training organized by our Personnel Department Head Ferat GÖMÜK regarding the appointment processes of doctor faculty members, instructors, and research assistants was held on 19.02.2025 with the participation of academic unit officials.
A total of 42 personnel representing 35 academic units participated in the training organized by our presidency.
During the training; after informing about the current legislation regarding appointments to the positions, information was provided about the acceptance of applications by the units, the establishment of the preliminary evaluation commission and the scientific jury, jury reports, board decisions, and the content of appointment proposal letters.
To ensure that the appointment process is carried out in a standardized manner by all units, control forms and sample letters prepared by our presidency were shared with the participants.
